Girl Power USA focuses on empowering others to drive social impact in their local and global communities, enabling them to contribute to causes for positive, sustainable change.
Enhancing Healthcare Support Across Africa
There is a critical shortage of doctors in the Ugandan healthcare system, with a population of over 46 million people and a dismal patient-doctor ratio below the World Health Organization’s recommended standards. To address this, Girl Power USA aims to aid aspiring medical professionals by financially supporting their required higher education. This is integral to seeing a shift in the critical challenges in the region.
- Setting up health camps to increase access.

Supporting Food Security in Africa
Food insecurity grips several regions of Africa, leaving children hungry and communities vulnerable. Girl Power USA helps nurture young minds with nourishing breakfasts and empowers women through sustainable farming. With climate-smart practices and community partnerships, it transforms challenges into opportunities, cultivating thriving futures where self-sufficiency and hope take root.

Period Power
Period poverty continues to be a tall barrier in most African countries. Numerous women and girls lack access to hygiene products and face an increased risk of HIV/AIDS, bladder infections, as well as IUD complications. Girl Power USA aims to ensure a sustainable solution through education and training to create reusable pads, increasing their awareness of menstrual hygiene.
- Empowering girls with practical skills by teaching them how to sew pads for themselves.
- Providing sexual health education for both girls and boys either in person or via Zoom.
- Collaborating with communities for materials to sustain reusable pad-making sessions.
Empowering the Future: Education for Every Child
Education is a fundamental human right, yet many developing nations continue to struggle with literacy rates. Millions of students globally, with aspirations and dreams, get theirs taken away from them when they cannot continue their education or are forced to opt out. Girl Power USA aims to provide these brilliant young minds with the resources they need to reach for the stars.
- Sponsoring the education of 100+ girls in Nigeria.
- Developing our in-office school for children of daily wage earners.
- Reaching out to schools, orphanages, and vulnerable communities in dire need of aid.
Haven of Hope for Children in Africa
Every child deserves a safe, nurturing home and a chance to thrive. Girl Power USA supports children’s homes in Kenya, providing food, education, and emotional support to children in need. Ensuring basic amenities, trauma recovery, and life skills mentorship lays the foundation for brighter futures and stronger, inclusive communities.
- Providing infrastructural support to ensure a safe environment and housing.
- Monthly support for necessary resources including ration and medicine.
- Organizing life skills training, and extracurricular activities, and providing mentorship.
Global Youth Leadership Development Program
Young people, especially women, deserve the chance to lead without sacrificing their passion, career, or financial security. Through mentorship, business exposure, and real-world opportunities, we create a diverse, inclusive environment where youth thrive. Our goal is to build socially conscious leaders who inspire change and create opportunities for others.
- Providing young individuals with skill development, STEM, and leadership training.

Our voice aims to raise awareness and spotlight important issues and crises we believe should receive more attention.
